Submitting a form starts a conversation. It is not a confirmed booking, an accepted estimate or an agreement to carry out work. Scope, pricing, scheduling and project terms are confirmed separately.
Services and availability
Service descriptions outline the types of work Avey takes enquiries for. The final scope depends on your property, the agreed work, materials, access, approvals and the availability of appropriate trades. A listed service area does not guarantee availability for a particular date or project.
Urgent requests
The website is not an emergency dispatch service. Online enquiries do not guarantee an immediate response. For an immediate hazard, contact the relevant emergency service or utility. Avey’s availability and response timing must be confirmed directly.
Project photography
Gallery photography is supplied by Avey Construction. It illustrates spaces and finishes; it does not establish the scope, price, location or schedule for your own project.
Estimates and invoices
Document-specific scope, exclusions, terms and payment instructions are provided in the estimate, invoice or separate project agreement. Draft documents remain subject to review. Website content does not replace those documents.
