How the information is used
Enquiries are stored in Avey’s project inbox so authorized team members can review requests, contact you and prepare project records. Client details may also be used in estimates and invoices associated with your project.

The public website does not use advertising or analytics cookies. The team workspace uses a secure session cookie to keep authorized team members signed in. Security controls maintain temporary counters to reduce repeated sign-in attempts and form spam.
Access and storage
Project records are stored in the website’s database and are accessible to authorized administrators. The website hosting provider processes data needed to operate the site and may retain technical request logs. Business records remain until the team removes them through its record management process.
